Welcome to Weekli
Weekli gives managers one place to build rosters and gives employees a clear place to see and manage their work.
Choose your role
Section titled “Choose your role”- Employees can read announcements, update their availability, request leave, view assigned shifts, apply for open shifts and maintain their own profile.
- Managers can be given permissions to plan rosters, manage open shifts, review requests, view people or publish announcements. The controls each manager sees depend on the permissions assigned to their role.
- Administrators manage organisation-wide roles, settings and subscription controls. These controls are not available to every manager.
If an expected admin link is missing, ask an administrator to check the permissions attached to your role.
Explore safely
Section titled “Explore safely”Try the demo with the seeded Cafe Juniper workspace.
- Open the demo and use Explore as to choose Owner / admin or Employee.
- Select Sign in. The demo credentials are filled in for you.
- Use the Weekli navigation to explore what that role can do.
- To switch roles, select Logout, choose the other option under Explore as, then sign in again.
Demo changes are temporary. They reset when you refresh or leave the demo, so do not use it to keep real roster information.
