Flexible rostering

Weekli connects the practical inputs of scheduling—people, availability, leave and repeatable templates—with the outcome employees need: a clear published roster.

Managers can see people, availability and approved leave while planning. Start with your first roster, or use a template when a useful weekly pattern repeats.

Auto-rostering can provide a starting point for assignments. Managers still review the draft, respond to warnings and decide when it is ready to publish.

Publishing makes the roster available through Assigned shifts. Employees can select a roster period and review their times, breaks and shift notes in one place.

Availability and leave submissions do not silently rewrite a published roster. Employees can keep their availability current and request leave, while managers review those requests before changing the plan.

Open shifts let employees apply for available work, while a manager chooses who is assigned. Where enabled, an employee can request to cancel an assigned shift; the request stays pending until a manager reviews it.

The published roster remains the shared record. Applications and requests are not confirmed changes until the roster shows them.

Try the demo as Owner / admin to inspect roster planning, or as Employee to review assigned and open shifts. Demo changes are temporary and reset when you refresh or leave.
